Busy monthSSSSSSSSSSS is coming....
Owh~
This month would be the last month for SAM students prepare for their Trial Exam~
I'm so worried i couldn't do well in this exam~
Especially Math~
I really cannot believe how badly i have done for my class test ~
Not only the class test but all the test n exam of Math~
Although i have put as much effort as i can on it~
I din get below 50marks for Math since form 4~
But now.............................
SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!
It makes me very upset n demotivate~
N this month would be the busiest month of this year~
Haih.. Psychology research~ Presentation~ Class test~~
Owh! It's so annoying~
N the main point is...
I'm exhausted~ Not able to carry on all these things anymore~
*SOB*
Haih~ Gotta to proceed my work aldy~
Too bad T.T Can i just ''let go"?

This is a must! You have no choice!!

Girls and boys~~~~ Do you know?????
I'm quite annoyed by pimples and acne this few week~
So, i decide to find more information about pimples, acne, white heads n black heads in order to "SOLVE" this "PROBLEM"
N i believe that many people, especially teens have this "problem"~
Hope these information are useful =' )
Our skin is full of hair follicle n hair grows from this follicle.
Each hair comes out from a pore and hair follicle is connected to a sebaceous gland.
The sebaceous glands produce sebum, which keep the skin surface oily to protect our skin.
A healthy skin, the pore should be open and the sebum comes out on the skin surface.
In skin affected by acne, the opening of the pore gets clogged with dead skin cells.
This blocks the sebum inside the follicle.
Try n imagine that a balloon is getting filled.
What will happen then??
Similarly the follicle gets inflated as more sebum fills it.
At this stage, a bacterium called P.acnes infects the sebum and multiplies inside.
The whiteness of an acne lesion is the pus formed by the dead white cells that fight the P.acnes bacteria.
When the follicle cannot sustain the pressure inside, it bursts then.
Okay~Okay~ Maybe you may not understood what am I talking about or u r not interested~
Coz it's a bit complicated~
Now, I'm gonna to tell how acne develops =' )
In the first stage, blackheads and whiteheads develop.
These are also called comedones.
Blackheads are open at the top and the whiteheads are closed with skin.
The black substance in blackheads is oxidized sebum.
These comedones contain a mixture of sebum and dead cells.
N now, u need a comedone serum or a scrup~
But i think scrup is not enough to prevent acne and clear acne~
Now, we move to second stage.
The follicle gets infected with the bacteria P.acnes and bacteria multiply rapidly in the follicles due to absence of air and the presence of excess sebum and dead cells.
This type of acne is called a pimple.
Pimples may be of two types which are pustule and papule.
A Papule is cellular mass that is not infected while pustules are pus filled infected lesions.
While the third stage are acne inflamed nodules and cysts develop.
A nodule is a solid lesion, which is bigger than a papule.
A nodule is highly inflamed and painful and extends deeper in the skin and causes scars.
A cyst is also severe acne.
A cyst is a sac full of infected sebum, bacteria, dead cells and white blood cells.
Cysts are much larger than pustules and infect the deep layers of skin like nodular acne.
In nodulocystic acne, cysts and nodules develop together.
To prevent acne formed,
We should take notice of our meals...
Avoid oily food!!! N consume too much chocolates also may cause acne =' )
Choose facial products that suit your skin type~
N..... N........
Ensure those product did not contain alchohol n fragrance~
N cleanser should not contain any exfoliating compounds~
These ingredients will dehydrate your skin n reduce your own skin protection.

She's back........ (part 2)
Owh~ This is the Tee i mentioned in the last post^^
I like the doggie^^

But it is a bit small in size~
But i still like it^^
Yes... This is flower hair band from Dorothy Perkins~
Guess how much izit?
It is just 1 or 2 UK Dollar~
Means it is around 5 or 10 Malaysia Ringit~
Erm........
I'm wondering why......
Everything in Malaysia also very expensive 1...
haih..... N those "branded" bra like La xexxa, Xixxxi, n ...............
Yes undeniable~ Their quality is quite okay~
But, in other western country...
These brand can found in pasar malam...
N... it's selling price is low in others country...

I likes the story n i like the marionette----pinocchio's characteristic~
It's cute~
My sis told me tat pinocchio committed suicide in the actual story coz he can't turn into human being..
But peoples in Italy dislike and complain on the poor ending of the story..
So, they change the end of the story..

On this wed, we got extra class until 5 actually~
But our lecturer advance the time of the extra class..

We go Snowflakes before we go back^^
It's a long time i din go Snowflakes with frenzx=.=
After Snowflakes, it's around 5~
N we go....... Connought pasar malam =' )
I bought a box of fake lashes which have 10pairs inside..
It's 3 ringgit only...
Ofcoz it's quality is not so good lar~
But still can use~

Today~ My class end at 1.. It's early for us who study SAM~
wakakakkakaka....
So hub hub come n fetch me go Pyramid^^
N Menmen, Linlin, Mummy & Dixdix tumbang our car~
N the others 4 poor thing tumbang taxi...
haha~ too bad~~ too bad~~
Owh!!! It's a short journey from our campus to Pyramid~
But it is a long journey to find parking =.+
Dunnoe y Pyramid is so full today.. Hard to find parking...
Okay~ Finally~ We found it.... N settle down...
N hub hub n me have Sushi as lunch =' )
Long time din eat sushi aldy~ So touch~ LOL~
After tat we walk around n I bought tis from Sasa~
It is use to even toned of face, brithen our skin, reduct pigmentation, n so on...
Beside i bought a lotion for my sis..
But i din upload the photo coz i forgot to take photo before i gave it to my sis~ XD
